Working in the teaching/childcare profession for over ten years has taught me a lot about myself. After graduating with my Masters degree in Education, Instruction and Curriculum, I went on to teach multiple grade levels. From these experiences I know that I am patient, hardworking and organized. Among these traits other things that make me a great caregiver involve that of being active in my personal life and my community. I have a great love of the outdoors, gardening, hiking and traveling. I have two beautiful daughters and a very loving husband. We are a very active family and love exploring our beautiful city on the weekends. I understand and empathedic to the needs of working parents in SF and so I provide organic meals and snacks and open early!
Goal 1: To strive to be the best caregivers/ teachers we can be. Goal 2: To ensure the safety of all of our children during all routines and activities and to be alert and attentive at all times. We constantly make certain that the outside play area as well as the indoor space is safe and secure and that we provide a healthy environment. Goal 3: To provide a safe, healthy, and attractive learning environment for the children. Goal 4: To provide physical activities that support large and small muscle development. Goal 5: To provide age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity and use of the five senses. Goal 6: To support social and emotional development through positive guidance and interactions. Goal 7: To develop caring and sharing partnerships with all parents. Communication is provided through newsletters and daily conversations. Goal 8: To interact with rather than react to the children in our care.

The Richmond neighborhood offers both convenience and a family friendly vibe. We love our neighborhood playgrounds and will head out often on adventures around the 'hood. Your child’s typical day will offer both outside time and comfortable indoor play time with a mix of educational activities, weekly enrichment classes, and social interactions.
